Desmond Lynch

Des is the Chief Financial Officer for Astera Labs, Inc. and is responsible for the global finance organization. Prior to joining Astera Labs, he was the Senior Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Rambus Inc, a global semiconductor company providing chips and silicon IP for data intensive computing systems. Des has extensive semiconductor experience, including financial leadership roles at Renesas/Integrated Device Technology, Atmel Corporation, Knowles Corporation, and National Semiconductor. Des holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Glasgow, Scotland, and is a Chartered Accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland.
