Andee Nieto

Andee is the Chief Human Resources Officer at Astera Labs. She brings nearly three decades of human resources leadership experience across both public and private companies, including Cisco, Xilinx, Zendesk, and Solidigm. She has served as Chief People Officer in multiple organizations and brings deep expertise across compensation, workforce planning and strategy, learning and development, organizational design, mergers and acquisitions, change management, and employee engagement. A San Jose native, Andee holds dual bachelor’s degrees in communication and history from San Jose State University. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her son and daughter and can often be found reading or listening to a good book.
