Alice leads the operations teams with responsibilities for supply chain operations, sales operations, procurement, and office and facilities management. She has more than fifteen years of in-depth experience in supply chain operations on high volume productions serving data infrastructure and automotive customers. Prior to Astera Labs, Alice served in multiple operations and finance roles at Texas Instruments.

Alice holds an MBA from Texas McCombs School of Business and a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering from Xiamen University.
