Kelvin is SVP of Corporate Development at Astera Labs. He brings over 25 years of industry experience along with a track record of executing on over 30 mergers, acquisitions and corporate investment transactions. Kelvin was VP of Corporate/Business Development at NetLogic Microsystems, a publicly traded company, where he led the corporate diversification and M&A strategy that was central to the company’s 5x revenue growth and $3.7 billion acquisition by Broadcom. He subsequently drove M&A strategy for Broadcom’s Infrastructure & Networking Group. Following Broadcom, Kelvin was VP of Business Development at nusemi (acquired by Cadence) and COO at Diakopto (acquired by Ansys). He holds a BSEE from Washington State University, and an MSEE from UC Berkeley.
