Elli Castro-Bordano serves as Vice President, Deputy General Counsel, overseeing Astera Labs’ legal operations with a focus on commercial transactions and compliance. She spent over a decade in various in-house counsel leadership roles at a variety of semiconductor companies, including Marvell, Inphi (acquired by Marvell), and Broadcom. Prior to her tenure in the semiconductor industry, Elli held a range of legal and contract management roles in the electric vehicle charging and defense industries. She earned a B.A. in International Relations/History from Claremont McKenna College and a JD from Tulane Law School.
